Today Jenny got the bright idea to write a story. Her opening line grabbed me by the collar and pulled me in.

ReplyDeleteHeh, "grabbed me by the collar and pulled me in" was the concept known in Christian Writing class at SMBI as, due to a garbled pronouncement (or a deliberate perversion on our part, I don't remember) by our dear Clifford, "Grabbing your reader's eyeballs".
