ReplyDeleteIt was wonderful seeing you yesterday at the Author and Artists' Fair at the Fairgrounds! I just wish we could have sat closer to each other so that we could have had a nice chat.
Bob and I both read and enjoyed your article today in the Register Guard, "Ugly Packages Can Have Lovely Jewels Inside." It made me hope and wonder if I'd find any "jewels" inside the several ugly packages I've received this year. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason, and that our son Chris is safe in God's hands, and that He is looking after our daughter Karen as well. Some days, though, it just seems so hard to see the rainbow through all the tears.
Thanks for giving me something to look for this holiday season: God's love and gentle care scotch-taped inside those ugly, unwanted packages.
