Remember the old woman who lived in a shoe? I'm a lot like her, with a husband and varying numbers of children in our 100-year-old farmhouse. This blog is about our lives.
Boy, How sad is that!! The statement that he said is SO true!! People are so prone to believe anything they read and for them the internet becomes a place that they just have a hey-day with!!
I have seen so many people that will go and spend $500 on a vacuum that they saw on TV or that had a really good review on the web, without realizing that the people that work with them on a daily basis see them for what they are, expensive junk!
Isn't it sad that we will so easily believe what we read on the web, but so slowly believe what we read in the Bible?
What bothers me most are the people who, for all intents and purposes, STOLE property after being confronted by the owner and learning the truth about the ad. I hope they track down each and every one of them. Poor guy.
LOL...I, just yesterday, posted a bunch of tools on Craig's list--for my husband. No, really he wanted me to! =) You can see for yourself if you click on the state of DE under "tools" and look for the city of "Harrington." =D Sadly for anyone hoping otherwise, they are not free....

ReplyDeleteNow this afternoon I see this story reporting another craigslist atrocity. (Is that spelled correctly?)
