  2. Iain--I tried to leave a comment on your blog and couldn't figure out how. Anyway, thank you for referring me there. Just what I needed, and so well put.

  3. An article wellput. I'm not sure if I'm ready yet for the snow to fly. Brrrrrrr!!! But, yes, I'm ready for some time to reflect and consider what God is doing in my life.

  4. Fall has always been my favorite time of the year! Sweater weather, leaves crunching underfoot, mums, pumpkins, crackling fires, going for walks...sigh! I enjoyed your wrtings and continue to pray for your family. Happy Fall!

  6. Mrs. Smucker,

I was happily reading along enjoying your article until I hit the last part speaking of your nephew's death. Daily, almost every hour my thoughts are turned toward the Amish girls that gave their lives recently. Your comments jumped at me and caused my eyes to tear up yet again and my heart break yet again. I don't know any of those girls but I have got a feeling that their loss is going to be with me for the rest of my life. There are tragedy’s and then there are just things I can't wrap my head or heart around. Maybe this Fall season I will be able to find the time to grieve for these children that I never knew. Maybe I will heal a little over the loss of their innocence. Just maybe.

Wonderful article. So glad I got to finally read one of them.

    A new reader,
    Mrs. Garcia
