In case you haven't yet had your fill of Jenny stories you can head over to Matt's blog or Amy's.
P.S. Oops! I guess I haven't figured out links after all. To read Matt or Amy's blogs, go into the comments to Hans Mast's and connect there.
Quote of the Day:
"Oh puh-leeze. Nice try. Ha-ha! Goodbye."
--Ben, dealing with another telemarketer
I can't get the links to open. What do I need to do differently?
ReplyDelete--Naomi
I got the links to open, but they are Microsoft Corp windows? Did I do something wrong?
ReplyDeleteThe links had an extra "http//" in them. Here are the corrected ones:
ReplyDeleteMatt's blog or Amy's
Hans, do you spend your days rescuing middle-aged people who got themselves tangled in the Web??
ReplyDeleteSure appreciate it, and sorry I don't understand your blog.
You're not the only one who doesn't understand it :-).
ReplyDeleteOh, good! . . . I thought I was the only one!
ReplyDeleteHey Dorcas--are you going to tell your response to "telemarketers"????LOL
ReplyDeleteSharon--Your husband is lucky he didn't try the silent-caller trick on me. He would have gotten his ears full of Scripture. "The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good."
ReplyDelete"Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." etc etc etc
P.S.--DISCLAIMER--There is nothing "unlucky" about getting your ears full of Scripture.
ReplyDelete(I remain a bit nervous about being misunderstood by the mysterious Anonymous.)
Ha ha! Don't worry about it Dorcas, just be yourself. There's always going to be an anon or two that likes to stir the pot.
ReplyDeleteDorcas you can set your blog to not accept annonymous people. Just go to the dashboard and click on change settings. Then click on the comments tab and when it asks who can comment click on registered users only from the drop down menu and ta da, no more annonymous people! Pretty cool!
ReplyDeleteSure thing! Glad to help.
